    Passing + sign to .csv file

    I have to add +1 to the phone numbers in my data on export. I'm exporting out of MS Access. When I do this, the +1 is not present on the exported file, however I can build a query that posts this format into the access table. It's the export from there that is the issue INTO the csv file...
