Yeah Help someone, Im sure its related to the applicable DLL for that style of export not registering, i bet ya its just bust. No doubt the only way around would be somehow to hardcode a wrapper for it... but that would really suck.
Boo hooo hoo
I did look a the shortcuts, but it didnt acheive what I wanted. When a report is scheduled via either the origional or the shortcut, the result is visible in both locations. I only want it to be visible in the location its scheduled. Else i will have one object with around 100 schedules...
I've recently looked at the 30Trial version of Crystal Server, and cant seem to find if it has a featur or not.
Currently, Our business is using Seagate Info 7.5, and it has the ability to have the same filename.rpt referenced in many folders.
I want to know how in CRS11 this would work...
Well,
The only thing which I think may help everyone, if you export the file to Excel (Which does sub-reports and main reports) and then create a macro in Excel, which saves your report as CSV - maybe do a batch or the like - if you wanted to go a step further, you could write the batch to act...
Not sure if anyone cares... but I have expanded on Moebius01's batch which was written higher in this thread.
What it does is scans directories (not just the current directory) for files starting with in this case "~" and renames those.
It may need tweaking for your own system... (I...
I get the above error when running the following SQL query to an Aspect ACD Database running Oracle 8i.
The error also mentions: ORA02063 - preceding line from HACC_LINK.
SQL Statement which produces this error (Note this has been changed to Select * as the actual statement is quite lengthy)...
CmdrGravy,
Do you have some public web-space where you could post it to (in zip or the likes)?
Is it something you could post to this Forum directly - i.e. How much code is there!?
Help!
I am trying to use this solution, and have run in to the following difficulties.
I have setup the link directly to the Oracle tables, and have the Main report with a link to the Access Database.
The application numbers have been in to a string i.e. "501, 502, 211, 104," and I...
NDGifford,
We have had the same problem on our ACD with RWS.
We were running Winset 3.1 CM03.
Aspect got us to run CM05 over the top of the GUI, and the fault seems to be resolved (only had CM05 around 4 weeks so who knows if this fixes it for good)
CmdrGravy,
Your solution sounds like it will give me everything I need - performance as well as the ability to implement additional functionality.
Without myself being a DBA, how easily is it to develop/implement this? - Do you have a "How To" guide of setting up a new DB, and...
CmdrGravy,
This was exactly the process I had started to implement, however another spanner was thrown in the works.
As you may know, the ol' Aspect ACD doesn’t like doing much work, (i.e. high CPU utilization). When I started to send a more complex SQL statement in to the ACD, yes, it...
My company has recently moved from CustomView ReportRunner/Writer to Seagate Info 7.5.
We have installed on the Seagate server, Aspect Call Centre Reports 2.0.2.
The problem that I have is that When running a Call Detail report (CallProfileDetail.rpt), with a filter on the Application number...
