JDeveloper Help ? Tutorial are A very good source of Learing the Java IDE and its Tools .

I have tried some the Java IDE which are there , but them of all , it was Forte 4java ver 2.0 (Sun) is robust , also JDeveloper from oracle as it blends well with the Oracle database and ite 9i application Server , where we can deploy and test EJB's too .
I have Downloaded , Oracle JDeveloper 9i Beta . But i am unable to get the online list of methods or list of parameters while coding , as in Jdeveloper 3.2 by pressing Ctrl+spaceBar .
can anyone help me out as how to get that help popup .
