Never mind I figured it out. You essentially can't. Port 8083 is disabled if you don't have any HyPAS applications installed. If you install one then 8083 is opened for the app to use.
Would anyone know of a way to disable port 8083 on a Kyocera TASKAlpha 5501i? I've read through the user guide for the MFP and went through their Command Center web application but I can't find anything specific about disabling that port (or any port for that matter).
