you can get it out of the AC-DB-Admin.
Follow menue: Action-Templates
If no template are indicated you have to load them from the AC-Programm folder. Look in the AC-Manual for details,

I did, from 3.6 to 4 .1.1 with the migration - script
In general it was succesfull.
Some points need attention.
f.i.: my customer used "/" as a character in the model names like "-" is used (stupid...).
That doesent' work with the migration routine. Correct it in 3.6.

I did it like this:
- Take the appropriate Crystal version (8.0 or 8.5)
- export (export-function for reports) an existing (demo-DB) Report from AC
- empty this report and store it, us use it as template for future reports
- connect it with THE AC-ODBC-DRIVER (important!) to you DB
