printing in MAS200 wikth a Panasonic dot matrix
You need to set paper size with the pitch & font buttons (also set emulation type)IBM or EPSON. Do you have the manual? if not I can email copy- smax59

Don't know if this heps but you can set a discount level in customer maintenance uder the additional tab you may hay to adjust the mark-up and dicount from there (hope this helps better than just answering yes)- smax59
