    Hello, We use NBX V3001 , when we make outbound call, line disconnects after 2 rings If you reach Auto attendant or robot , then call stays online as long as you need. But if you get transferred to an extension, you hear 2 rings and drop. I assume it has something to do with Dial Plan Settings...
