Counterpoint 7.5 problems
Our system crashed this January The backup quit working, we did not know this. We lost all customer information, all Sales History, some newer Inventory. We did finally get it up and running. Counterpoint Inventory
Our Counterpoint system crashed this January. We are up and running but there are issues that remain unfixed. I don't know if I am in the right area. The quantities on the Item page do not agree with the quantities on the Adjustment page. Does anyone here know what I have to do to fix this...- Davidz50
