    Remote access to Option 11-81

    I am new to the Nortel world was in the NEC shoretel world for 12 years, OK so here we go wondering what are the different option to program and monitor these things remotly? Serial cable work to program from a server? or does it need to be a modem connection? Thanks in advance for yalls help. Wally
