Vodavi STS 3501 VM issues
When people call in and reach out voicemail it is telling them our voicemail is full. We dial into our voicemail and we have no messages. What is the issue here? I am also willing to just reset the VM entirely and start from scratch. Any suggestions on that as well? Thank you- apmr0404

Line busy instead of forwarding to second line
Starplus STS phone system. We have two different numbers connected to our system. I have used you guys as a reference over the last couple months and learned to program (sort of).
