    Day of week factors for Aspect WFM

    Good morning all, new to the forums, but I had a question about Day of Week factors for WFM. I work in a call center that has roughly 45 associates over three locations, my day of week factors seem a little off but I just updated them a few weeks ago. How often do you suggest updating these?
