Issue being experienced:
When we open Director Alerts there are no alerts this is because 2016 is not available from the drop down box.
This also effects anything date related like, Schedules (Holidays), Dataviews and filtering recordings in Director.
Has anyone else experienced this issue...
Make sure home users are connected to an hard wired Ethernet port on their router as apposed to a wireless connection.
Landline Voice connection will lessen issues with latency as well.
