This will show the below message when a user inserts the cursor (selects) the cell in question

Thanks for the quick response PHV.
I went through the conditional formatting but there doesn't appear to be a rule to set the entire row. It looks in just one cell and formats that cell based on its own contents.
I'm wondering if VBA can help here...?

Morning
Just wondering if it is possible to conditionally format a rwo of cells based on one cell's contents. The cell in question would have validation set to pick from predefined list.
If user picks option "A" for example. Can I turn the entire row's BG color to red...?
Hoping you can...

Will that work for the last "working" day in a month Fancy...?
I'd prefer to manage it from within the DB than put a setting on a specific user's PC.

Morning guys.
I have an issue with outputting data from Access to Excel you might be able to help with.
What I have done is developed a macro (so designated users can edit it) that auto outputs a query to excel.
I'd like to do this on the last working day of the month. preferably without...

I achevied the same by creating a CSS entry for tables then inserting hyperlinks in tables. That way the browser thinks they are using a nav bar.

Check out War-FTP.
You basically disable IIS FTP and allow War to control access, rights, directories - the lot.

Worked a treat. I need to resize the excel chart or maybe the frame but I should have looked at using the IFRAME command sooner.
Why on earth will it not display in a HTML page but in a frame...?
Any ideas...?

I had a similar problem presenting hyperlinks from a database in a FP website using the results region.
Basically I converted the results field in question into a hyperlink and inserted a database column value in the result field. e.g:
Database field is "Property"

Guys
I'm sure there's a FAQ or post about this but couldn't find one.
I need to have a workbook execute (open) another (linked) workbook on the "BeforeOpen" event.
I just need some help with the syntax if possible...
