how to change to vectorised illistrator file

Eps Font outline in photoshop
I've created a photoshop document that will be used as a postit note. The printers want me to convert this photoshop file to outlined eps file, with file suitcases. I'm not familiar with these terms at all could someone push me in the right direction?- darkness1
