    How to covert DOB to age in new field

    I have my contacts' date of birth. I would like to add a field to also display the age (so I don't have to figure it out). How do I do this? Is there a way to compute it by subtracting todays date from the DOB and putting the result in the age field? What is the best way to display the contacts...
