But you aren't supporting the Verizon side of the PRI, you are just supporting the NEC PRI the public network would be SIP so it doesn't matter what Verizon subsequently do! I should add that here in Oz I have a number of PRI users using a product called Telstra Business SIP that has an...
Another problem we experienced here in Oz was some lazy techs didn't bother setting up a Gmail account and simply used the test account in the NEC how to. The number of systems that stopped emailing voicemails when NEC closed that account was amazing!
@jsaad
The issue is that because of security changes to G-Mail a normal password will no longer work! Check out the TIB.
Edited to add that one thing that makes it confusing is that not all systems experience the issue at the same time, it may be that there is a timeout on the passwords with...

Sorry but the part number doesn't seem to match the phone see here...

Stupid point here but I am assuming you have other stations working on the system so what happens if you swap this handset for a working one or is it an IP handset?
Is it even worth the effort as you end up with a pretty dumb phone and you won't be able to program keys to the phone! a cheap E bay Yealink phone would give you much more functionality!
