T1 keeps loosing lines
ok, here it is. I've got someone that keeps loosing line 001 on their T1. it is a fractional only 12 channels coming into the system. Can anyone tell me can you get the caller ID info on m7208 or is only available on the 2 line displays. We have installed some m7208 on an existing system got the programming done and the phone numbers will not display on the 7208's just the 7310's. caller ID problem on CICS
For some reason the caller ID feature is no longer working. It is a CICS with 6.1 Software. I have the sets to be a caller ID set and have it set to display number and autolog all calls.
