Essentially I need to know if I can configure the NT5D12 to be a D4 AMI loopstart with the ports setup as 500 sets.
I am not swapping out the 11 for the 12. I have a customer that has the 12 which I have not worked with before. I have worked with the 11 before and configured it as above and am...
I have a configuration on a NT5D11 lineside T1 card and I am wondering if it is possible to use a NT5D12 and get the same type of configuration.
The lineside card is setup as D4 AMI loopstart and the ports are setup as 500 ports in LD 10 (exactly like a typical analog port).
Can something...
When I hit submit I realized I did not describe the problem very well
Right now I am trying to use a Dialgic PBX card (D/82JCT) to try and get DNIS info from the switch but all I am currently seeing is some type of ANI (the station the called the dialogic card). For example I set up 3 stations...
Is it possible and if so how do I set it up:
To have a call to a certain number be forwarded or transfered to another station from the switch. Possibly remote call fowarding.
Right now I have a station set up so when I call that station from another it will automatically forward it to another...
I do not get any errors, the Dialogic card just does not see them apparently. I have 8 lines on all the odd number tn's (1 3 5 7 9 11 13 15 and the sample apps that came with the dialogic card appear to be working.
I did the STAT 5 and the odd tn say '2616 idle'
the even say 'UNEQ'
I seem to be getting a lot closer, is there any reason I can only use the odd number tn's? for example if I use TN 5 0 or 5 2 it does not seem to do anything for me. But if I use 5 1 and 5 3 I now have 2 lines up and running.
This switch is not set up as our office switch. We have another for that purpose. I am not sure if there is a voice mail system on this switch or not. The option 11 is just one we have for testing.
The TN is 005 0 00 01

Unfortunately I do not have anything to copy. As far as I know it is just the requirements in the initial post but for example I can not use MWA in the CLS or MCK, MIK in the KEYS 4 and 5 unless something is enabled in the CDB.
I am trying to use it with this guy...
I need to configure/program an Option 11 with these configuration requirements.
CLS - CTD FBD WTA MTD FNA HTA ADD HFD MWA CNDA
TYPE - 2616
HUNT - (5502) IS NEXT PHONE IN GROUP
LHK - 1
KEY 0 - SCR 5501 (RINGING CALL APPEARANCE)
KEY 3 - TRN
KEY 4 - MCK
KEY 5 - MIK
Now here is the problem except...
it is a CAT5e cable and unfortunately i am trusting the tech onsite with what he says. Allegedly he switched out the cable with a different one to see if maybe it was a bad cable, but same result.

I have a problem with static and choppy audio files on a 81. If I call the hunt group the audio files play real choppy. If I dial the extension the files start to play fine then get choppy.
Also when I record a voice file all I get is static.
I have tried a...
I have 3 apps that are going to be running. I need 3 different hunt groups, 1 for each app.
My switch guy is telling me he cant do that on a ISDN PRI line.
Is this true (I dont think so but i am not a switch guy), if not how do you do it?
