"Unable to expand folder" when accessing users mailbox from Outlook

I need to permission a file so that the user cannott print it.
I have a situation where I need to disable printing a file. Its a word document and the os is 2000. The user still needs to edit the document but should not be able to print it.I would appreciate any suggestions.- davezach
