I judiciously run Defrag about twice per month. I ran Chkdsk/r which shows "volume clean".
I have the following Task Mgr screens running:

Frequently I get an error message that reads:
"The application failed to initialize because the windows stations is shutting down." This is a DrWtsn32.exe dll initialization failure.
I have to say ok, and then say cancel before windows shut down.
This happens quite frequently.
What do I do?
