After further investigation, the installer of the software had not service packed Exchange 2000 yet. After installing SP3 for Exchange it cleared up all of the problems.

I am trying to get OEM to schedule a mail procedure. I can execute the script from SQL*Plus, and it works just fine. When I try to run it from OEM, it tells me that it completed but I don't get the email. Can anyone help??? Thanks, Mike
