    Aastra DBC 434 fails to register

    Hi Guys I have some new DBC 434's handsets which won't register on our MD TSW SP4. I can setup a DBC 4425 on the same switch port and it registers immediately. The 434 flash's "Logging On" and then shows "Failed User Log On". Are there any ideas on a known problem? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Guys I am having issues with number length on IDD calls in an MD running CXP1010106/4/TSWSP04/R5A. The calls are routed via LCR to a Dest and are restricted to 20 digits no matter what the NL is set to. If I use a second Dest to manipulate the number the number of digits are reduced to 10...

    Can you post the raw data as there are several explanations for this depending on the PABX configuration. Are the calls being charged?
