Transfer call to outside number
Right now, if I call someone and try to transfer them to an outside number, it won't let me complete the transfer. If they call me , however, there is no problem transferring. What do I need to do to enable this feature on all my phones (they are nortel 2008's on a meridian 1 run switch)?- matt0403

Multiple Party Transfer?
What do I need to do to enable calls to be transferred to an outside line? The phones all have the ability to dial outside lines, but when they try to transfer to our other office in another state, it doesn't allow it. The customer stays on the line. Also, is there a way to do this system wide...- matt0403
