    Callers Voice Message becomes the Mailbox Greeting

    I have one mailbox on a BCM50 that appears to have a reoccuring problem. When a caller leaves a message in his mailbox, that message becomes his external greeting. He has to change his greeting back but after awhile, another callers message will become his greeting. Any ideas?
