upgrading firmware i2004
The forum thread1361-1193466 gives details on how to upgrade a i2004 phone via tftp/uftp. There I assume the problem is an old phone Phase 0 not be compatible with a newer BCM version. My problem is with an old BCM version with possibly newer phones that don't register. Any ideas or help is welcome.- swissg

upgrading firmware i2004
Thats just the problem these sets do not connect to the BCM they are continually search for the S1 server. The forum in Tek-Tips discusses getting updated Firmware via TFTP(Utfp). My BMC OS is 1.0 and I don't know if we can get an upgrade soon. Thanks for your reply.- swissg

upgrading firmware i2004
I am running a BCM50 1.0 in our test lab and have encountered i2004 phones which do not connect and register. The information discussed so far is around the latest versions 3.7-4.0. Did anyone know how this tftp transfer would work on my version 1.0 box?- swissg
