s8300 in a G430 - how to reset s8300 back to default
Brand new s8300 in G450 gateway put together today with wrong IP in s8300 and can't get into it. I can get into the gateway just fine but able to putty into s8300 at all. I'm looking to reset the s8300 back to defaults so I can reload Avaya Aura System Platform 6.0.3. and start fresh any ideas?- Rooster131

One-X Agent Logout Issue
Yes we did and here's the fix. You have two choices: They need to aux out first (wait for green to go to yellow, then logout OR The best way is: Add logout button to favorate bar, then they won't have to aux out. 1.
