when programming SPID
i have added the agents to the SUP and all seems to work except for one other DN that I try to add to the SUP's AOM. giving me error : SCH0747 Agent DN does not exist. Severity: Info But the DN does exist and is a member of the ACD group, but not an agent that appears on the SUP's AOM. any...- buctech
