Thanks John... I appreciate your feedback. Yes, I have checked on the Nortel site... the main problem is that the current release is 6.1 so finding docs on older releases is difficult... I'll check ebay as well... Thanks again.- marcphillips

Norstar question
I have a Norstar with 4.1 software. My company is looking to use this as a backup system in our call center... I am assuming that I would want to use Hunt Groups or Incoming Line Groups to assist with call routing but am not sure what the functionality of Broadcast mode, If busy and Overflow...- marcphillips
