Whwn I attempt to browse..it indicates teh erl could not be retrieved...i navigate through IIS and the the SMS_MP folders have been created but the remaining pieces of the lines do not exist within the folders..ergo(.sms_aut?MPCERT,.sms_aut?MPLIST ) these items do not exist within the...- diver17

Drew- Thanks for the info, ran the msi and then rebooted and ran the mp troubleshooter and received the same error message..so no joy..any other possibilities.. Thanks- diver17
