We have a new employee that will be working 2 weeks here, and 2 weeks from home (several hundred miles away) for the next 1-2 years. Is there anyway to get him a VoIP extension setup at his house that would be transparent to the Norstar MICS and employees?

Regardless... how can option B work with line appearance?
We currently have 7 incoming lines that most all users have appearing as a button on their phone. There is a primary receptionist who answers the vast majority of all incoming calls, however, there are obviously instances when she can't always get to the phone and 3 other people need to be set...
We are in the process of upgrading from a Merlin system to a Norstar MICS 7.0 Everything so far appears to be working with the exception of the paging. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what needs to be hooked up where?
