If you have the cards the application needs, the only issue that can cause this problem is the network, I had the same problem when I was trying to install a new range of IP agent extensions, so I check the routers an it was a problem with the network configuration.

We have been cheking and the process in the CMS that is taking all the resources is oninit, I think is a problem with the database, but I really need to know more about this process.
