nothing... it turns on an the backlight comes on but its still black... just lit up from the back light...

when ever i try to play a song or when ever the speakers produce a sound it sounds higher in pitch... like the chipmunks are singin the song to me or somethin :( any hints?

i got it to say that theres a: c-media wave device and a c-media wave device(2) and whenever i pay a song... it looks like it should be plying but theres still no sound

i dont have the windows xp cd.... i bought this computer when it was broke... and i fixed it... and it working fine for a few months untill this happened... can i still reinstall w/o the xp cd?

i removed it from device manager and restarted my comp and it found new hardware and installed the sound card and it installed succesfully and i restarted again... and there still isnt a default audio device... i tried to roll back to an earlier date and it would say cant go to that date everytime

do you want me to physically take it out and then put it back in and see if windows detects it?
