    Thanks, phoneguy55. I will test the voltage on those pins to be sure. What's got me puzzled is that the console was working fine just minutes before moving it into the cube next to it...and the console that was in that location before it working fine as well.

    Yesterday, I had to move two attendants to new locations. Each use a 302D console with a DXS on the side. I moved the first one with no issues. The second person moved to where the first person used to sit, so I know that the cabling is fine because it was working prior to the move. Here's...
