Thanks for the help.I found the problem it was a timing issue with the repartee vm system.smdi from switch was happening so fast that vm was not reading the string of info.as soon as I added some delay in the vm system problem went away.

Thanks I checked the svp,2,134 it is in fact set to 1.The odd thing about this situation is that it only happens on a busy line condition.All directory #,s have the same fwd condition,BL to vm pilot #,and DA to vm pilot#. For some reason it does not go to the persons vm box on a BL line...
