Problem solved... The version we use in PBX is 3.2(59) Vista latest uppdates on Windows uppdate. First install phone manager then soft console. We only installed soft console and got the error message. But when installing phonemanager first it worked. /BF

There are a mix of SCN and IP phones. The customer has installed Cisco swithes on three sites and sound quality is poor on those sites. Im witing for some testresults from the customer.
