Odd audio issue with 9508
you are not the only one who has issue with this model. I did contact AVAYA and actually managed to return those to the distributors and get full refund. DO NOT DEPLOY 9508 and 9608 in field. if you have those try to return it.- ICSIPO

9508 speaker phone problems
you need to return these phones back to your vendor and find an alternative model . apparently AVAYA has lot of issues with these phones and the latest news is they put hold on shipping 9508 and 9608 to all their distributors- ICSIPO
