    Any results to share? I am using Skype for Business 2015 client and I noticed article/fixes from Avaya still reference Lync 2013. Eager to hear as I will get this on my IP Office if it fixes everything.

    That is the incorrect PSN...the software is not related to Communicator. It's Lync Integration for IP Office and not bundled with the Communicator software as far as I can tell.
