I'm running CM5.2.1 on S8720 and G650. Question is, I want to forward all calls to something like 915 555 1234 PAUSE 123456. I tried doing ~p in the vector route-to command but the digits won't fit. Also, coverage remote and enhanced call-forwarding on the station screen won't take the number...

Can I set up a vdn so that agents will transfer calls mistakenly directed to them back to the main queue through this vdn. This way, any calls that hit this vdn would only be calls that I need to track?

I found a field called flow-in on the reports for the VDN. How do I track from which other vdn specifically, are these calls coming from? Thanks!
