    thanks for all of the ideas. i added the extensions to the main menu where you can direct dial the extensions inside VM Pro and it works now

    they can dial to any extension at any site and can make outgoing calls just cannot receiving incoming calls through the auto attendant. they are not set up with a DID so they have to get their outside calls through the auto attendant. any ideas on what to check?

    sometimes when this happens you can delete the extension and the user and then re add and it works. maybe not the best way but it has worked for me
