    hp laserjet 3380 ghosting

    Hi guys I am working on a hp laserjet 3380 that is ghosting or residual image from a previous print. I allowed a paper jam between the fuser and the drum unit and it appears that the ghosting happens before the fuser. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
