I have a customer with a 1224 that is dialing on pulse. They can dial * and then dial touch tone, but it goes back to pulse on the next call. How do I get into programming and change to touch tone for all calls? Thanks!

Installing a used Norstar 616, all extensions are currently restricted on outgoing dialing, we want to have outgoing dialing only available by using access codes, and all extensions able to dial 911. What direction do I go? Thanks
