    Thanks! When a client opens up its network browser does it query WINS? Do I also assume a client querries WINS upon DHCP discovery as well as when a client connects to a new machine via it's NetBIOS name? Was wondering if anyone knew of a good link that would cover this subject?

    I have a legal install of Windows 2000 Server (SP4) with 10 client access licenses. What all do the number of client accesses mean? If I were to run a WINS server would I be limited to 10 entires?
