I was asked by the customer to give them a timeline in the resolution of getting the BCM 400 VoIP issue solved.
Can anyone tell me what type of Document this is. An example of this document.
I have two BCM 400's and they will not communicate on the VoIP WAN cards. One box runs Windows and the other Linux. Is this an issue? I will go in today to get a the provisioned settings that the last contractor set.
