    Assigning ability to set file/folder permissions

    There is a requirement to allow non domain admin users the ability to set file/folder permissions to their mapped drives. I've set full access to the folders both at the file/folder and share levels, but the option to add or remove users is greyed out. Does anyone know a way around this?
