Thanks so much for your help and clarification guys! When I changed the "Transfer Node" type of my CCR Tree to something else, say "Menu Node," the dial-by-name feature became available! Thanks once again for your great help!- parkj

Hi guys. I'm hoping to get some help setting up our dial-by-name/company directory feature within AA. We are having problems where when the caller presses # at the AA greeting, instead of the company directory, it takes the caller straight to the CCR Tree.
