Hello
I have a .CSV file of approx 200 custom recipients exported from an Exchange 5.5 server. Is there a simple method of importing them into a completely different Exchange 2003 'site'?
Thanks, in advance

Hi Guy's
Does anyone know of an easy way to strip out all the attachments from the 'Sent items' folder in Outlook 2000.
I have an old friend requesting this information, Most of the 'sent' attachments are duplicate .PDF's and he want's to save space by stripping them out of his .pst file...
Thanks Rob,
I did bend the plastic in the end and went for A Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 Ultra, Athlon64 3200 and GeForce 6600GT.
Hopefully that will improve performance and give me a good platform for the next year or two.

The reason that I am asking is that I want to make the move to PCI express and am looking to get a new Socket 939 PCIe board and processor Athlon 64 - but can't afford a new GPU at the same time! (FX5200 is AGP)
So i am looking at some Gigabyte boards with nVidea...
Hi Guys
Can anyone give me a rough benchmark between a stand alone Geforce FX5200 card with 128Mb Ram on card and a shared memory Onboard NVIDIA 6100 GPU
Is one superior to the other?
Thanks

I started with the Sybex book and it was a good introduction to the material but the Cisco press book was more comprehensive, i only really felt ready after working through the Cisco book, along with Labs and practice tests.

I failed the CCNA first time and was a bit shocked that it was so hard. I passed second time round by making sure I really understood the material.
Thats the tip, you really need to know it all and knuckle down and work on those fuzzy areas.

Does each company have a separate domain name ie an MX record pointing to its mailserver server?
You will not ba able to relay mail from xyz.com via abc.com's Exchange server
Or are you saying you can not send a message from xyz.com to abc.com?

ISA 2000 and Exchange are quite harmonious but I don't think ISA 2004 likes Exchange on the same box.

WINS is only for resolving NetBios names, so I do not think it comes into play in this scenario.
What I am trying to do is set up single standalone XP Pro machines which will use terminal services over a DSL connection for all services. I want to completely disable a local users...
Thanks for your comments Zel
So if I disable DNS I can't get a connection to windows update.
I wonder if there is a reg entry that could be used to redirect to an IP address?

Hi
Does anyone know if Microsoft have implemented some sort of protection on the hosts file in SP2 after attacks from mydoom etc?
Can Windows resolve to windowsupdate.microsoft.com without DNS or a Host file entry? (is there a secret encrypted host file?)
All I want to do is disable DNS...
I did the CCNA at home, studying from a book. It was very hard work but I learned a lot and in the end when I passed the exam, very rewarding.
The problem with all these certs is that they are part of a very profitable business, so untill that changes and we get real certs, you should go ahead...
Thanks for your comments Ryan, my apologies for not replying sooner.
So whichever way I do this is it advisable to leave 0 offset on the registration marks, insisting that the printer cut correctly - or is it wise to allow a bit of scope for th eprinter to play with?
Thanks for any help...
