MLAA Menu Node - Perceived as internal ring not external
Hi Tippers, I have a MLAA all testing nicely but for one issue. Has anyone had the same issue? When the menu node mailbox transfers to option 1, 2, or 3 it rings there as an internal call (one long ring first not two rings). I assume because it's being transferred. Mitel 3300 - can the built-in recordings be replaced. ie, "you are being transferred..."
Scenario is: Call Tree Menu node is used (with a professional recording), option 1 for Sales is pressed and then a built-in recording "you are being transferred to....." is heard. Is it possible to replace the built-in transfer recording with our own? This is so we can use the same recorded...- FPSMitel
