We are running an NT 4.0 server on which I have an admin account. For the past week, my account is being locked out every few hours. I can't find anything in the event logs to indicate attempted logons. I am confused, does anyone have any ideas please.

I tried to run the IIS patch for Code Red on an NT 4.0 server this morning and the setup keeps failing stating: Setup could not find the setup.log file in your repair directory. This file is there however. Has anyone got any ideas as I would really like to apply this patch.
