A few users have had emails automatically delivered to their Deleted Items folder. No rules are set up. Mail is sent and it doesn't show in their Inbox, instead they find it in their Deleted Items folder. Any idea what would cause this?

I have set up a rule to forward all messages from the System Administrator to another mailbox. I've tried Article 287784 which is for OL2002 and it did not work. I'm using Outlook 2000 but am having the exact problem that this article talks about. Any suggestions?
