Thank you for the suggestion. Does experience tell you that the re-sizing of the PDF when InDesign uses it may be caused during email transmission ?- sbhabyn

The original document was created in Word for Mac. I want to have control over the design of the mag, so the printer suggested I do it this way.(Presumably to make it easier for them !) I am here under false pretences as I am just an end user, but someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I have created a PDF from my MAC using PREVIEW, a 20 page A5 magazine booklet, which prints perfectly on my Pimxa printer, but when I send/export it to the commercial printers...- sbhabyn
